“We’re thrilled that Senators Reed and Whitehouse joined with 29 colleagues from across the country to stand up to corporate polluters and give a voice to Rhode Islanders demanding action on climate change. Rhode Island is already seeing climate impacts, including rising sea levels, ocean acidification, and less productive fisheries. We congratulate Senators Reed and Whitehouse on their leadership and will continue working with them to push for action to confront the climate crisis.”
