The League of Conservation Voters (LCV) sent the following letter from President Gene Karpinski to the U.S. Senate ahead of the hearing on Dale Ho’s nomination to the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York, adding that votes on this nomination will be considered for inclusion in the 2021 National Environmental Scorecard.
