As the House considers advancement of the historic Build Back Better Act, the League of Conservation Voters (LCV) shared its updated top priorities for the House Rules Committee-approved package, highlighting what is included in the current version.  

It is crucial that we set our nation firmly on the path to cut climate pollution in half by 2030 in a just and equitable way so that we can avoid the worst effects of climate change. Currently, the Build Back Better Act includes the climate, conservation, and environmental justice provisions necessary to help accomplish that science-based goal. We urge Congress to pass the Climate Test and swiftly pass and send the Build Back Better Act to President Biden, which will create a more clean, just, and equitable future for all.
