Ahead of President Biden’s speech in Pennsylvania announcing the American Jobs Plan, Conservation Voters of Pennsylvania partnered with artist Erica Anderson-Lubera to install a chalk art activation overlooking downtown Pittsburgh to highlight the Biden administration’s plan to prioritize clean energy, racial justice, and good-paying jobs.
